Great Mid Sized Kitchen Knife

After using this in my kitchen at home for the past week I can say that I’m impressed. This is perfect for herbs, larger non-root veggies, and fruit among other things. I love the design; the edge is wicked for a factory knife; the handle is comfortable for me and Micarta is almost always a winner in my book. Light but solid - two thumbs way up.
