I've been using this product for over a year, maybe two now, and have noticed a difference in my gut health. It is not perfect of course, but overall, compared to other brands, this has definitely made a difference in bloating and overall gut health.

Great switch

I had many issues with another company’s delivery of their symbiotic, pills would be delivered smashed because they would not ship in a container anymore, chose an envelope that did not protect the pills. I had to find another company, and start my gut process all over again. I had the same company for at least 6 yrs. But so glad I made the switch, took me almost one month for gut to get used to this, but so worth it, now I only take one pill instead of two, and they are delivered on a container protected during shipping. So happy w Ritual!
