Highly Recommend!

I was on a mission to fix my partner's and my off-schedule sleep. Especially his, can't sleep until late, wakes up super early. I usually don't like melatonin, but the micro does in this is perfect. We made a nightly routine we both enjoy with this drink. He's sleeping through the night, and I'm falling asleep with ease. Buying our refill on subscription next. So grateful for this product!

Great product

I've been really enjoying what I call my "sleepy drink" at night. It's been helping me stay asleep - as I tend to wake up in the middle of the night. Plus it's delicious!

Not for me

Turns out that I am sensitive to this product. It caused me to wake up in the middle of the night and be very overheated. I can’t take this.
