Magnesium+ Rest & Recovery

The flavor is delicious, so it's easy to keep taking consistently. I take it about 1 hour before going to sleep. I have always fallen asleep within 15 minutes of going to bed, but wake up anywhere from 3 - 4 hours and cannot fall back asleep. So far after taking this I have been sleeping solid 5 hours, but still cannot fall back asleep after this. I'm still feeling sluggish during the day.
