I use caraway a lot - in stews, in coleslaw, and trying it in more things every day (will do a rye bread when I get around to it). Also makes a wonderful Akvavit liquor substitute when soaked in vodka! Nice to be able to buy a pound bag of the seeds from World Spice! IF you use caraway in your cooking this is the way to go. Great addition to sauerkraut.
