avoid the burlap

the burlap package smells intensely of kerosene—fortunately, the food seemed to smell fine after a few days removed. lentils sprouted after only ~18 hours soaked, rinsed, and drained! They taste great. Very soft, almost mushy. Great for soup or dal; less ideal for mujadra or pilaf.
