Excellent for soup

We use these for a basic lentil soup and it comes out delicious every time. I keep a bag of these in my pantry because I know I can make a quick filling dinner with just a few ingredients that will taste great. And they store for a long time too!

Lovely Legumes

I prepared a middle eastern lentil dish. . . . . aromatics, spices, dried apricots. . . . . the lentils stayed nicely firm but were also perfectly soft. The dish was a hit! I have now prepared the yellow split peas, the chick peas and the brown lentils. . . . . from my last purchase. What to do with my green split peas?
