Whole Wheat Bread Flour - 3 lb

I love the bread that comes from this flour. Two people I have made the bread for do too. It feels good to be able to make something for people that like it, that I know is good for them. It is a little like having muffins 3x a day. I am told that it tastes good grilled.

Whole Wheat Bread Flour

I was glad to receive flour believed to be Glyphosate Residue free, however I was disappointed in the finest of the grind. I thought the bread flour would be ground more fine not quite so course. I could not get my baking powdered biscuits to rise, more work will have to done.
