Multi-Purpose Flour - 3lb

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I LOVE Palouse grains and flour. I bought 2 bags because I don’t always have the time to mill my flour. However, I do also have 3 different types of their wheat berries. I will only buy wheat berries from Palouse because of the quality of their grain. I HIGHLY recommend Palouse for all of your grain needs!

I bought this at the same time I bought the bread flour. As I said in my bread flour review, I don’t think I’ve ever purchased truly fresh flour before. I’m very impressed by the taste and texture it imparts to my baked goods. And it makes me happy to support a family farm not so very far from my home. :-)

Love this stuff. Fresh, texture is amazing adds to whatever I use it in. Won't go back to store bought.
