Well Built Plyo Block
Just started switching my workouts to be more age adjusted as I approach 70 and this is the perfect height for a new set of routines. Very sturdy with a non skid surface and just he right amount of give to cushion my knees. I like the fact that I can add sizes if necessary at some point. Pricey, yes. Worth it? Absolutely. As we age we need to pay attention to have the right kind of equipment. This fits the bill.

4” foam plyo box
When I ordered the 4” foam plyometric box from REP Fitness, I also purchased a 20” box from Titan Fitness. My goal was to compare the two, as I am accustomed to using a high-quality, premium set at my gym and wanted something comparable for personal use without spending $1,600. After comparing them side by side, the foam on the REP box appears more durable and likely to last longer. The REP cover also has a slightly stickier texture, which I prefer, and the box itself is heavier, making it less prone to tipping at higher heights. Overall, I was impressed enough with the REP box that I decided to purchase an additional size.

Great product, great value
Previously I'd used the 3-in-1 boxes (versatile and space-saving) but these are definitely superior. The full set offers more height variability (increasing by at little as 2 inches) as well as going up a great overall height (no more stacking bumpers on top of a 30" box). These have a large landing area, are more solid and heavy (not going to move around on you) and a good value (less expensive than Rogue, while offering a higher quality than more budget brands out there). Note the box tops are on the softer side, which can be great for jumps but they're a little less stable for Step-Ups.
