Big guy joins the family!!

I have the other two sizes of stargazer. Great cookware, cooked a couple steaks on it this morning after a few weeks the seasoning is coming in just like the others did. I love this cookware. I just wish they made more sizes.

Fantastic piece of kit!

I’ve completed the set. Each has its uses! These are all wonderfully smooth, light (considering cast iron), and heat evenly. So far I’ve used the brasier for skillet chicken-stuffing casseroles, and it’s a great one pan solution for brisket breakfast tacos!

13.5 braiser review

Looked long and hard at this item. Had been using a 10 inch no-name skillet or Lodge griddle on the gaas grill but was looking for something with great capacity with edges. Ranks up there with the La Crusette dutch oven and Zwillig knives in terms of purchase price but decided to take the plunge. I was not disappointed. The smooth seasoned surface was as easy to use as a teflon non-stick surface. In fact I used silicon spatulas. Cleanup was just as easy. After two or three uses now time for indoor use. The bronze color is an eye catcher as well attractive enough to take directly on to the table. Weight-wise it weighs less than what I was expecting too, always a plus. I do not regret the purchase.
