Mesquite Smoke Seasoning

Consistency of flavor and texture blends well with pellet smoker cooks. It is even better on our Primo XL ceramic. Product adheres well to meat throughout the cook as it seems to bond and penetrate deeply into the meat, where other products tend to fall away.

I enjoyed watching this real cowboy's cooking show on the Outdoor Channel. Wish there were more to watch. Felt like I should have his seasonings on hand, use them and don't regret it.

Just a bit too spicy for me. I like it but I really like to infuse mesquite smokiness into a nice ribeye, t-bone or porterhouse but to get enough mesquite smoke into the meat I overpowered it in the heat department. It’s a really nice blend but a little heat goes a long way. Otherwise it’s good for some situations but not the all purpose seasoning I was hoping for.
