Simply The Best!

We purchased other griddles for our new induction stovetop but just were not happy with them. Since we have two other Finex skillets, we decided to get the 18" griddle too. We have been using it for a few months now (two to three times a week) and we absolutely love it! Why didn't we realize sooner?!

Too heavy for use all the time but still wonderful

Too heavy for use all the time. But the steel one looked too lightweight. One suggestion: perhaps the handle could be smaller/lighter? I have the small frying pan which I use frequently. The handle on that one seems rugged enough that it could handle a heavier pan.
