Fantastic Pan and Lightweight
I was happily surprised by the weight of this pan, easier to handle than other cast iron pans I own, and it makes a difference in the kitchen. Great performance on searing and general cooking. Definitely recommended. I cook a LOT so I appreciate the weight of it.

Tried and True
I use cast iron quite often. From grocery store bought to higher end, earldom style. The Lancaster cast is by far my favorite. Smooth, resultant, easy to care for and takes heat extremely well. I would love to hand this down when the time comes. TY for a fantastic peice

Brand new no. 8 skillet
The very first time I used it I fried scrambled egg. I used a lot of olive oil but the egg still got stuck on the corners and sides. Wiping with paper towel alone didn’t work. Using soapy water didn’t work. Scrubbing with paper towel didn’t remove 100%. Now the pan’s surface looks botchy. Not happy about that.
