No.5 Cast Iron Chef Skillet

Amazed!

This egg pan is quite small, a little smaller than I like but the results are darn amazing. I had doubts that this pan could be used to cook eggs in a nonstick way, but it does! It cooks 2 large eggs comfortably and possibly 3 and that’s why I dinged it one star- size, but it truly performs like a nonstick pan, just make sure you use a little oil. And I also like the weight of it- light and the ability to flip those eggs.

The pan I didn’t know I needed.

Once again Field has offered a product that fills a need for me. Small 2 to 3 egg omelets have always been thin with bigger pans, but with the chef skillet, a 2 egg omelet turns out to perfection and is so easy to fold.

I'm single and I use it for everything! It is a perfect single serving size for me and I feel much healthier than using those 2 or three year plastic lined pans. Master heat control and it's so much better than those non sticks! Gonna buy a bigger one in case I get company!
