Outstanding customer service

After a lengthy mishap with my original order I contacted customer service to report my missing package. I opened an investigation with the carrier and Finex customer service sent me a replacement product immediately. I have never received such excellent customer support and will continue to be a loyal customer and look forward to future purchases.

Pan and lid came on time and packaging ensured it wouldn't break out of any of the box/package during shipping. Many online reviews were less than positive about the factory seasoning. I did not use factory flaxseed seasoning and re-seasoned the pan with avocado oil before use. I have had very positive experience with cooking and the surface of the skillet. The handle is the main reason I bought Finex. The handle looks great and keeps it cool without any extra mitt. Still need to be careful if handle itself is hanging over an element it will get hot still.
