Beautiful pan. I think it would have been better had I used a lot more oil or seasoned it more times in the oven before cooking chicken for the first time. More practice will likely improve the result.

Starting with the size, great, any smaller would be restrictive, (For me anyway). Of course made as expected - solid, conducts heat evenly, make it easy to cook upon. Finex products have alway been at the top of the line. Keep up the craftsmanship and quality...
