Good raviolis

Absolutely delicious

The whole family loved them. They arrived on time in adorable packages. My only complaint would be that the paper stuck to some of the raviolis when trying to take them out while frozen. I tried to let them thaw a little and it was the same. Some stuck and some didn’t. Regardless, I cooked and ate them lol So good!!!!

Scrumptious Short Rib Ravioli

We’ve tried many short rib ravioli but Nicola's are by far the best. Delicate flavorful dough with just the right amount of filling. So easy to prepare and no sauce was needed. We simply topped with a bit of olive oil and parmigiano. Wow!
