Wonderful taste and texture. My guests loved it. Like that it comes in sealed packages so not all have to be cooked at once.

Your precise directions netted the most beautifully shaped and browned gougeres! So light and after sitting even 20-30 minutes after baking, the cheese flavor subtly comes through. Delicious and elegant! With champagne….yes please!
