the Hatch Chile gougies are delicious! They have the perfect blend of flavors and spice, while not overwhelming the delicate nature of the gougere. All my guests absolutely loved them and they were gone within minutes. I will be purchasing these again as a great additional flavor to offer as an appetizer. And, they were truly delicious paired with champagne! Well done, Bougie Gougies!!

Product delivered as promised. Very easy and straightforward to prepare and serve. The cheddar and Hatch chili had just the right amount of spice. Delicious pop-in-your mouth appetizer.
