I like Creta Verde and will buy it again. It's a lighter oil with some spice to it. One of the best things about it is the balanced taste. It works perfectly for salad dressing as it pairs well with vinegar and spices. I do love the easy pour opening as there is no tiny glass ball in the bottle neck slowing down the flow as you tip the bottle.
