Tastes great!

This is a very high quality, pure Greek olive oil. Its color: a translucent light yellow. And it is absolutely delicious! Light and so flavorful with lemon juice on our saglads, wonderful on pasta, and excellent in place of butter for quick saute-ing vegetables and fish. Most of the olive oil I see in local groceries is Italian, variable in flavor and, for my family's tastes, no where near as good as Aria Greek.

I am currently using this oil with many dishes from rubbing on salmon, adding to (your) bread dipping spice blend, on and on. It may not be the one I use if I am just sauteing onions and veggies, but if I want a nice oil for more stand out dishes.
