L'uomo Di Ferro Di Licious
I searched for evoo containing the highest polyphenol count, and L'Uomo Di Ferro was listed as the top ranking (1108 mg/kg) It has a bold, intense, somewhat spicy flavor, which I do not necessarily prefer, but I tolerate merely because I seek to ingest whichever evoo provides the highest polyphenols. So, if anyone can recommend an evoo that exceeds 1108 mg/kg polyphenols, please do. Finished.

Terrific. . . . as usual
The best description I can think of is a smooth and buttery taste which is wonderful with dipping spices and bread. I also love the fact it is loaded with polyphenols. As usual my order came very quickly and very well packaged. I am anOlive Oil Lovers lover.

The Grand opening
What a nice surprise! Today was the grand opening for this 1st time selection of Marina Palusci L’Uomo di Ferro olive oil. Nice full body taste with a kick in the back of my throat.
