I ordered this oil to donate for a fundraiser. Many attendees would be unfamiliar with Olive Oil, so I decided this would be pleasing introduction to Quality EVOO.

A Gentle Olive Oil

Had mixed feelings about this olive oil. On the one hand, I liked how its mild, subdued flavor did not interfere with the food being consumed. On the other hand, its somewhat mild personality made it conspicuously absent from the mix of flavors that go into enhancing a meal. It seemed to take too much of a back seat to the food, which depending on your olive oil preferences, it will either be a good thing or not. Personally, I enjoyed consuming it lighter salads and meals, while my wife went for something with a bit more flavor punch.
