Rincon de la Subbetica Superb'betica'

Rincon de la Subbetica is my favorite evoo (plus for being organic) that I have partaken of from Olive Oil Lovers (though I've only tried 15) with Istriana Organic ranking second. I use Rincon on practically everything (fruits, vegetables, rice, pasta) as the quality and finish pairs well with everything I use it on. I can't quite describe the aroma, yet it is very pleasant, and not overwhelming.

This is my favorite olive oil. It is ideal for salads and making dips like hummus.

Best Olive Oil

I love this oil very much. I have used it on salads and baked/broiled seafoods. In my opinion it is one of the best olive oils I have ever had. I will continue to use Rincon in my cooking.
