I'm in love

I absolutely adore this olive oil! I fell in love with the first inhalation of fresh grasses. The flavor is magical. I simply can't get enough of it. It has transformed so many different dishes. A lovely piece of fresh bread dipped in Oro del Desierto. Yummy

I’ve always disliked olive oil till now.

Awesome! I never liked olive oil until I realized it was the bad kind I was using: plastic, clear bottle, mixed with other oils, etc. I actually like this one so much that I don't want to try any others. I did find one by the same brand that may be similar.

This was a pleasant surprise

I was pleasantly surprised there was less of a peppery burn from this oil than I expected. I am very new to consuming olive oil and have been put off before from too many pungent flavors. Oro del Desierto picual was very pleasant, not bitter, not too "green" tasting, and drinkable as is. I bought if for the health benefits. I will buy more and maybe something with a higher polyphenol content too.
