Elaine Boddy uses these bannetons, and they are as good as she says they are! It’s the perfect size for her master and baby loaf recipes, and it leaves a beautiful spiral pattern. It’s sturdy and lightweight and works perfectly. Shana ships quickly and includes a sweet note in the package. If you’re considering buying one, do it!
