Great for small starter Jar. I didn't get a military discount even after Verification as this item doesn't qualify. . .
The Weck 900 1/5L Mold Jar is a a very nice straight sided jar and it does come with the seal and two clips. If you are looking to get this as a sourdough starter jar then I'd say it'll work if you plan on using it only for a small amount like 1/2 cup max at a time that way it can still double and not hit the lid. If that doesnt sound big enough then I'd recommend to get the Weck 3/4L Mold Jar or even the Weck 1L. Check the Help center if you want to know if you can get a Discount on items as a. . . . Good value and bomber packaging
Best price I could find on these jars and you can buy the individually and not as part of a set. The packaging was a little over the top but you knew there was no way they'd be damaged in transit.
