I can tell a difference when I take this and when I don’t. I mix it with my morning clear protein drink in the flavor lemon and it’s fantastic!

Delicious on its own or mixed with my morning tonic of lemon juice and ACV. I also mix in Natural Beauty for that collagen boost.

Alright so I say Katie recommend putting this one is a like a seltzer you know the carbonated flavor water that taste like somebody’s sprinkled lemon in it from a mile away and there’s like no flavor? I thought hey great idea let do that it’s health and I can add flavor to the practically flavorless carbonated drink! Well let me tell you it was like a science experiment in my kitchen!! It bubbled up and over flowed and went everywhere! I laughed so hard about it! I found myself trying it as a “hot tea” drink and mixing it with hot water and a little lemon and it worked so much better for me! Tastes great and warm! Wonderful product!
