Taste really good and it helps to control my cravings
I drink it everyday and I enjoy drinking it. I don't use the whole scoop as the instruction said. Its too sweet for me. I use 3/4 scoop and I also starting to add lemon. It helps to control my cravings.

I thought I would switch the trim fit for control but unfortunately I felt nothing with Control so I will return to Trim Fit. As of today I have not received either Control or Trim fit. Not the first time I have had issues with subscription delivery

Too soon to tell
I’m not seeing the changes I hoped for yet. I like the taste and will try another month. Not loving the deep canister. It’s difficult to get your hand inside as the product depletes.
