Royal Change Glute Resistance Bands

I love these glute bands! I love having three different weights to use, and the material is great! I have been waiting to get myself a set of these for so long, and now I love having them for my workouts!

Purchased a set of black resistance bands to have as a back up set to the lavender Royal Change resistance bands I already have. These are quality bands that make me work hard on leg days as well as with some of the ab exercises and even in a recent workout just using resistance bands in Summertime Fine ‘26. The lavender bands came with a velvet bag and the black bands came with a mesh bag. I like how they were individually wrapped in RC logo bags, too.

I had been using cheap bands before this thinking they were really helping me with resistance. They broke during one of the Summer Time Fine workouts and I decided I would invest in the Royal Change bands. WOW! They are amazing! I wish I had invested in them years ago when I first started working out with Sydney’s online workouts. I didn’t even know what I was missing. They are such an asset to the band workouts. 😊 Thank you!
