Never Thought I’d be a Creatine Girlie

I started taking KSL creatine about a month ago. At first I didn’t notice a difference. Then slowly I started realizing that I was increasing the weight I was lifting in the gym, and I was able to push myself harder on the stairmaster. Based on the science (and my complete trust in all things KSL) I was already sold on creatine - but after seeing real, actual results… I can’t believe I didn’t start taking it sooner! I’ve been mixing the KSL creatine into protein shakes and iced coffee and every time it dissolves easily without any grittiness or added flavor. I love the amber container too!

I have been taking creatine for a few years but recently got the KSL brand and loving it! I take it in my coffee while I workout with Katrina in the app and cannot taste it at all. The other day I felt really strong working out and though to myself "I bet it's the new KSL creatine I am taking!" I have been purchasing products created by Kat and Brian for over a decade and always trust what they are putting in them <3
