This is the perfect blend

I like this blend, I actually combined it into a super protein shake, added peanut butter powder, as well as chocolate, protein, shake, and a scoop of collagen protein. It gave me a total combination of 40 g of protein, and I have a hard time getting protein in my body. It helped a lot that day. It was a very hard day at work and I definitely felt it working for me.

I use this whipped up with a cup of organic de-caff , cup of fortified organic almond milk and 12 coffee ice cubes made with Laird's organic coffee mushroom I drink this every am 2 hours before my daily Pure Barre class

Great tasting shake. Mild flavor and much more palatable than others I've tried.
