Ooni Premium Hardwood 5″ Oak Logs

Wood = heat

They real easy w an Ooni fire starter bundle. I wish there were guide lines as to how many logs create X amount of heat or burn time. I understand climate wind external heat things. But every time I went into the house to get another pizza the wood coals were so low I’d have to fire up and had some burnt ends because. So general tips of fire management would be helpful. Thanks
