It works great. I use this product in my mozzarella cheese and makes it taste better even stored in the fridge for many days.

Mild lipase powder & feta cheese
I made feta cheese using 100% raw cows milk since I didn’t have any goats milk available . I added the lipase powder to give it more flavor & the feta didn’t disappoint. If you love feta as we do & don’t have access to goat or sheep milk, this lipase powder is a must have! It was delicious

So far works great
I’m going to buy a lot of it and put it in my freezer. Who knows when we won’t be able to get it
