Delicious Kefir in a Jiffy!
So easy to make healthy kefir in my home kitchen. We use our raw milk from our Mini Manchas. Nice twang to it!

Effervescence
I drink kefir for the bubbles :) Anyone looking to get effervescence with a good but not too thick consistency, this is how I did it
- 1 qt milk
- 1 package culture
- heat milk to 90 degF & mix in culture
- incubate for 16 hrs
