Best soft cheese
Fromagina has all the stars: healthy, easy, delicious. for 1 gallon of 1% milk, I use an instant pot pro 8 qt, set it for yogurt in custom temperature 86 Fahrenheit for 12 hours, and a reusable food strainer nut bag. Excellent results every time.

Easy to make!
I am a real amateur when it comes to cheesemaking and this was easy. I also like that it didn't take a long time to get the cheese. The cheese is tangy and good. In the picture, it looks like cloth--that is just the imprint of the butter muslin when I drained it.
