Spruce Cambium Strips

Worked as expected!

I made a pair of Vacherin D’Abondance cheeses with the Cheesemaking Supply Co. recipe, and bought this product to wrap around my cheeses. They did their job—they held the young cheese in shape well, and did impart a resiny flavor to the cheese. I DID expect more than the single strip, though (maybe call it Spruce Cambrium STRIP?), and was worried that it might not be long enough to surround both cheesed, but it did.

Ordered these for delivery to the UK. Good quality strips which are very easy to use and look great on the Mont D’Or I made recently. Shame I can’t buy them closer to home but service is great from New England.
