Description
This cheese mold can be used to make Fourme d' Ambert. Much taller than it is wide, the finished cheese is usually cut into thiner sections.

Allows me to press more cheese
I don't know if this is a legitimate use, but I have been using this mold to press all my cheese at once without having to have multiple molds (I have been making five gallon batches). Then I cut the cheese into rounds the size I actually want for brining and aging. Seems to be working just fine. Strong mold. Great price.
