I really like this small mold. I use this for my "sample" feta. I make feta every week and there is always someone who wants to taste it. I started using this for a small size of the feta. It turns out so cute and is the perfect size to pass along. This size will fit into a wide mouth canning jar and works great to leave the feta in the brine in a jar. I know this mold is for soft cheeses but I don't have any doubts it would work great for that too. The design is simple and leaves a nice pattern on the cheese.

This is a great and practical mold . Its dimensions is ideal for 2 up to 4 gallons of milk . Also its straight line [top to bottom] shape is very good as it allows the follower to go/settle as it takes for pressure.
