After trying parchment, cloth, waxed paper this product beats them all. It keeps the cheese from molding AND drying out.

First time using

30 year cheesemaker and first time using these. Very affordable! I was a bit disappointed in the blue mold growth on the cheddar after using, but in all fairness I was gone out of state and didn't keep a close eye. I would love to see them in a larger size too for bigger rounds. :-)

The best for wrapping butter!

We make cultured butter from our jersey cow's milk and tried many ways to package and wrap it that were less than successful. We tried the ovtene because I had it out to wrap a cheese. Ovtene is absolutely the best thing to wrap homemade butter. It keeps it fresh, beautifully textured, and ready to use.
