Pyramid Cheese Mold

Perfectly sized pyramid mold

When I first made Valency I used the small sized pyramid mold. Instead of a pyramid I ended up with small flat-topped squares of cheese. When I switched to the Mid sized mold I ended up with beautiful pyramid shaped cheeses. I only needed 3 molds to for a gallon of milk. The bottoms are wide enough that the molds were stable without additional support.

Looking forward to try using this mold when my girls are milking again- I have made several goat milk recipes but nervous about this one! Will let you know how it works out!😳

I make vegan cheese but these awesome molds show no bias!!! I wish I could share a photo of the work in progress and result but, alas, like all good things, the product is gone in the blink of an eyelash!!! Love your molds and all the rest of your products that I order!!!!!!!
