To mold or not to mold

I recently became interested in making cheese so, decided to start with a vegan camembert. The molds arrived and I instantly popped them into the freezer as I was still waiting for some bamboo mats to arrive. Since I'm doing in the fridge, it took a few extra days for the mold to start looking thick but it did start! Mold powder survived shipping and is active!! Would definitely buy again whether I continue with vegan cheese or go for the dairy cheese.

Easy use

My first crottin are in the cheese cave and they are looking lovely. Very happy with product. Easy to use.
