Haven't gotten to try the cheese yet, but...
I used this culture to make a Cheddar Warp with a Kick--basically a cheddared cheese with paprika and red pepper flakes. After the two-hour culturing, the milk was noticably thicker and had a great, cultured cream-y taste. I won't be able to try the finished cheese until at least July, but I already can't wait!

I was pleased with the culture. It worked well when I was making curds, For the home recipes there is enough in the package for a couple of cheese making recipes.

It Works!!!
I used this in my recent batch of cheddar, and it's the best! It's always good, but this was wonderful!! Thumbs up!
