Good products, nonexistent customer support :(

The unflavoted version of this pre-workout is not great tasting. It doesnt have a flavor, but it does have a taste. I cannot do it in water alone, so I mix in my electrolytes. I can tell a difference in focus with it, but in water only it is rough. I've been ordering from Biohealth for years and never had any issues, but this time one of my ordered items was canceled but showed in stock. . . and another item was sent in a different flavor than I ordered. I reached out to the email mentioned in the order confirmation and have not received any kind of response. It has been over 2 weeks now. I'm definitely disappointed in the lack of customer support.
