Most electrolyte mixes are just sugar with a fancy label but this stuff is great. Great tasting - my kids try to drink it all when I make a mix!

I needed a lot more help with hydration while breastfeeding/pumping and just in general postpartum. This has helped me in all those ways. I will definitely be getting more!

I bought this because I wanted to find something with electrolytes that tasted good & that I would enjoy drinking & I’ve been obsessed with these packets ever since! The strawberry lemonade is my favorite but every once in a while I mix it up & have the retro pop.
