Fitzroy
I found Fitzroy not quiet as dark as I like, but it still has a wonderful taste. It especially lends itself to pour over brewing, in my opinion. My wife really liked it and thought the roast level was perfect. Don't let the four stars dissuade you from trying Fitzroy. It's still a solid choice. So far, Zoka's roast and bean quality is as good or better than I have experienced from any of the other roasters I have tried. On that note, my next purchase will be Hidden City and I can't wait.

My favorite brand out of the ones I've tried
I really like Fitzroy and Cuatro. Those are my favorites as I love the smooth flavor without as much fruit flavor. I actually like combining them! I am lucky enough to live in Seattle and get to frequent shops that serve Zoka, including their own shop. I've tried a few other local roasters and I really prefer these ones from Zoka.
