Amazing beans, hard to pull a bad shot

I primarily make cortado, and these beans are just perfect for it, and occasionally drinking just the espresso. It’s surprisingly sweet for medium roast. I can be lazy at times and still get great shots.

I prefer a more traditional espresso and this one hits the spot. Nice and bold with a lot of chocolate notes. Very forgiving also. Tiger stripe galore!
