**Fantastic Espresso Shots**

An excellent tasting and forgiving espresso pull! I have this coffee shipped to me in the LA area as my go-to daily espresso pull. I blend this with steamed whole milk, making a delicious flat white. You can’t go wrong with this coffee blend.

The shots pulled from these in first 7 days after roasting are brain-smashing good. I also learned one of my favorite cafes - Soulfood Cafe- also uses the same coffee foe all coffees on their menu.

Great beans for milk based espressos once dialed in. It took a few shots dialing it in but i have it ar a really good spot for all my lattes. The flavor profile is as described so it pairs so well for any shot i put in with lattes.
