Ethiopian Zema
My husband and I enjoy brewing this bean in our Jura E4 as both espresso and drip. It is a very smooth and low acid cup. We loved the Ethiopian Guji and the Zema is a close second. All the Caffe Lusso coffees are wonderful and worth a try if you are looking for a high quality bean and roast.

Another winning choice
I like to try anything that is acceptable for pour over, as that is my routine at home. I'm glad I picked this up at the last summer open house event.
As expected, they study new beans carefully and develop a roasting procedure to bring out the flavor, so I am enjoying this one.

disappointing
I had high expectations for this Ethiopian light roast, but it was disappointing as a latte. The beans looked closer to a medium roast, and the first few sips had a surprisingly burnt, ashy note rather than the bright profile I expected.
As it cooled, the burnt flavor faded and a few berry notes emerged. I suspect there may be an issue with this particular roast batch (7/28).
