More Medium-Dark than Medium

Coffee arrived fresh roasted. That's good, because accounting for shipping time (3 to 4 days from order if you live in Seattle) and time to rotate into use, I'm pulling shots 7 to 10 days after roast. This gives time to rest and de-gas. This coffee seems to be roasted more medium-dark, than medium. A little dark for me. If that's your preference, it's a good choice.

Excellent alternative to Brazilian

The fine folks at Onda recommended this to us when it became difficult to get our standard order of Brazilian blends. This coffee is definitely true to the notes - a great medium bodied rich coffee with nutty balanced flavor.
