Black Cat Analog Espresso

chicagos finest. my espresso machine's grinder is really fussy about type of bean (too dark builds up oils/debris) and recommends lighter espresso roasts - which i generally dont care for, taste-wise. Black Cat has always been the perfect balance. ive literally been using it about 10+ years, and always go back. I dont even live in the area anymore - as long as they have a subscription service, and they produce this blend - i dont think i'll ever stop buying it!
